યોજનામાં સ્વરૂપ/સહાયના ધોરણો
- બિનઅનામત વર્ગના વિધ્યાર્થીઓને NEET, JEE, GUJCET પરીક્ષા માંથી કોઇ પણ એક પરીક્ષાની તૈયારી માટે તાલીમ મળવાતા વિધાર્થીઓને વિધાર્થી દીઠ રૂ. 20,000/- અથવા ખરેખર ચુકવાની થતી ફી એ બે માંથી જે ઓછી હોય તે સીધી સહાય (D.B.T.) મારફતે વિધાર્થીના બેંક એકાઉન્ટમાં મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
આવક મર્યાદા
- કુટુંબની વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા રૂ. 6.00 લાખ કે તેથી ઓછી.
કોચીંગ સહાય મેળવવા ઇચ્છતા વિધાર્થીઓ માટેની જોગવાઇઓ
- બિનઅનામત વર્ગના વિધાર્થીઓને આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
- વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહનો વિધાર્થી હોવો જોઇએ.
- વિધાર્થીએ વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા હોવાનું શાળાનું બોનાફાઇડ સર્ટીફીકેટ રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે.
- વિધાર્થીને આ યોજનાનો લાભ ધોરણ-૧૨ માં એક જ વાર મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
- વિધાર્થીએ ધોરણ-૧૦ માં ૭૦% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઇએ.
- ધો-૧૦ માં ૭૦ ટકા એટલે તમામ વિષયના કુલ ગુણ માંથી મેળવેલ ગુણના ૭૦ ટકા મેળવેલ હોવા જોઇશે (પર્સેન્ટાઇલ ધ્યાને લેવાશે નહિ.)
- અરજદારે ટ્યુશન કલાસ શરૂ કર્યાના દિન-૧૫ માં નિગમના પોર્ટલ પર ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. સમય મર્યાદા બાદની અરજીઓ નામંજુર કરવામાં આવશે.
- ઓનલાઇન અરજી સહ જરૂરી સાધનિક પુરાવાઓ ઓરીઝનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ સ્કેન કરીને અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે.
- વિધાર્થીએ ટ્યુશન કલાસ શરૂ કર્યાના દિન-૩૦ માં ઓનલાઇન અપલોડ કરેલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ તથા અરજીની હાર્ડ કોપી સાથે સેલ્ફ અટેસ્ટેડ કોપી જે જિલ્લામાં ટ્યુશન લીધેલ હોય તે જિલ્લા કચેરીએ રજુ કરવાની રહેશે.
- વિધાર્થીએ ન્યૂનતમ 180 દિવસની તાલીમ મેળવવાની રહેશે.
- જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી પૂર્તતા માટે અરજદારને પરત કરેલ અરજીઓ પૂર્તતા માટે પરત કર્યા તારીખથી દિન-૧૫ માં અરજદારે પૂર્તતા કરી અરજી ફરજીયાત ઓનલાઇન સબમીટ કરવાની રહેશે.
સંસ્થાની પસંદગી અંગેના ન્યૂનતમ ધારા ધોરણ
- સંસ્થા ટ્રસ્ટ એકટ/શોપ એસ્ટાબીલ્સમેન્ટ એકટ (ગુમાસ્તા ધારો)/કંપની એક્ટ/ સહકારી કાયદા વિગેરે જેવા કોઇ પણ અધિનિયમ કે નિયમો હેઠળ નોંધાયેલી હોવી જોઇશે.
- સંસ્થા ન્યૂનતમ ૩ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ સમયથી NEET, JEE, GUJCET પરીક્ષાઓના તાલીમ અને શિક્ષણના ક્ષેત્રમાં કાર્યાન્વિત હોવી જોઇશે.
- સંસ્થાએ છેલ્લા ત્રણ વર્ષના IT રીટર્ન રજુ કરવાના રહેશે. જેમાં NEET, JEE, GUJCET પરીક્ષાના વર્ગોની આવક દર્શાવેલ હોવી જોઇએ.
- સંસ્થા ફરજીયાત GST નંબર ધરાવતી હોવી જોઇએ. જેના રજીસ્ટ્રેશનના આધાર રજુ કરવાના રહેશે.
